Having to deal with the boys and girls from the “Incapacity Benefit Department” sure is turning out to be a barrel of laughs.
Ive been trying to make a claim for nearly 3 weeks. Today I was on the phone, on hold, for about 2hours. Yesterday…the same. The day before that….the same.
You cant talk to them via email or royal mail. They dont accept those technologies?!
Its perfect Orwellian design. A Benefits System….upon which millions are dependent…..within which thousands are employed….totally dependent on communication between the two…..but unfortunately there’s only one phone. And it dont work.
