Crumpet

Last night, I was sitting in the back garden by the chiminea. It was about 2am and I was getting ready to come in. I reached for my travel mug and swigged the last bit of tea in the mug and…….before I could stop, swallowed something spider sized! It went straight down before I could stop! At the moment there are lots of Orb Spiders about. Ive seen several during the past few days and had to brush a couple off my jeans. I am convinced now that one must have found its way into my mug of tea and commited suicide. It gives me the shudders every time I think about it!
